The Dream 2 glider fuselage is sleek and has a good sized canopy hatch. The fuselage has the rudder and elevator pushrods ready-installed, with 1.8mm carbon pushrods. The rear of the elevator pushrod is already connect to the nicely engineered bell crank that actuates the all-flying tail. The fin incorporates an access hatch for maintenance, should this ever be required.
The two part wing is has a high quality finish and is of hollow molded construction. The through-fuselage wing joiner is very substantial and imparts just one degree of dihedral per panel, ensuring good aerobatic performance and an attractive look in the air. The wing has generous sized access hatches for the flap and aileron servos which can be up to 10 mm thick. The wing is available in glass and carbon layups. The carbon version is a very strong very heavy layup which should hold up well to the rough and tumble of slope flying.
The supplied accessories include all control horns, four plywood wing servo frames (for KST X10 or similar sized servos), and clevises and control rods for the flap and aileron connections. Also included ins a plywood fuselage servo mounting tray for 25mm x 12mm body sized servos (eg KST MS320, KST X12-508, KST DS215MG). No build manual is available but assembly is straight-forward. Note that although the surface finish is generally good the fit and finish of the model is not up to that of a top price European model. Small bumps and fit problems are normal at this price-point.
